I love fried rice and I like it crispy. I have a wok but I keep hearing
people say I need to season it first. How exactly do I do that? I’ve had
this wok for at least 2 years now so I guess I need to put it to use. Great
recipe. I’ll definitely be making this in my new wok. Haha. Subscribed. ☺

when you use fresh rice you can also cook with too little water. Then it is
dry enough to use straight away.

dp slock says:

for me , I always put the smashed garlic and chilli in the hot oil first
and do little stir-fry until the the garlic and chilli ‘s aroma is created
then later adก eggs then chicken then rice….and so on.
I think this way is more common in Thailand na :)
