Phuket Thailand is a great place for eating Thai street food, with heaps of options on offer. This video is a guide to the street food in Phuket, where to find it and what to eat. There are all sorts of barbequed and fried foods as well as loads of soups, salads and fresh fruit available. And there’s masses of seafood in Phuket.

You’ll find street food on many street corners in Phuket, be it in Patong, Karon, Kata or Phuket Town and at all of the markets. There are night market every night of the week in Phuket. Thai food markets and night markets are one of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai food while you travel in Thailand. There are loads of Thai food markets and night market all over Thailand, and heaps around Phuket. At the markets you’ll find so many Thai dishes on offer and the foods here are cheap, and so tasty! And in case you’re worried, eating Thai street food is perfectly safe. It’s what the locals eat and it is cooked fresh and sold quickly. I’ve been eating it nearly daily for 4 years in Thailand and my friends who have been to visit and tour Thailand have all eaten it, and none of us have had any problems. Thai street food is some of the best Thai food you’ll find in Thailand!

The markets in Thailand are also a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand. You can shop alongside the locals and learn what they buy and eat. And the markets are a great place to try traditional Thai street foods, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai dishes in Thailand. You’ll see the people cooking the food right in front of you. And best of all, the food is cheap, often much cheaper than eating in a Thai restaurant. Eating at markets is a good way to eat cheap on your Thailand holidays.

Make sure you check out some Thai Food Markets on your trip to Thailand, and be sure to sample some of the amazing Thai street food that’s available in Thailand! If you want to try some of the most delicious food in the world be sure to visit Thailand!

Krabi is about 2-3 hours from Phuket by land or sea, and has world class accommodation standards comparable to what you find in Phuket hotels and resorts, but in a more relaxed environment.

If you’re looking into Thailand Hotels have a look at hotels and resorts in Krabi. The islands and beaches of Krabi are famous for Thailand holidays, the movie The Beach was filmed on Krabi’s Koh Phi Phi Island.

Derek Mccauley says:

hi Darren when you film it it looks great undoubtedly, and I was salivating with all the beautiful food.
I wish I could enjoy the experience the way you film it. but in that situation I get frustrated with the heat and constant stop start as they stop to look at something and you stop too. I don't enjoy crowds and the hussle and bussle tht goes with it.
I've never been to Phuket I have never seen such an array of street food.
I need to visit growing video thanks for sharing looking forward to next week.

Are you back at school teaching, Darren?

Slut Bun says:

I haven't had the chance to watch the video but is there places in patong like this? Also as another comment said they don't want to get sick. Is everything prepared safely? Just example vegetables, should I be worried if it's washed with tap water because you shouldn't drink it? Do thai people drink bottled water or is just people that come?

Dominica Wbu says:

Do they give you change haha? Or do you usually give them the correct amount of money?

Jessica K says:

Also wanted to ask: from what I've seen the prices are much cheaper than going out to a resturaunt. Is this true?

Jessica K says:

10 minutes in and already looking forward to going. The only worry I have is how long some of the food has been sitting there for. Don't want to getting sick.

redgUy says:

Omg just had dinner, might need to take a midnight trip to the fridge
